Ordering

At Gunderson Racing, Inc., ordering should be easy and worry-free. With a long tradition of fair, honest dealings and a commitment to personal service, we treat every racer like family. To make sure you get the right parts, we offer multiple convenient ways to shop:

1. Online Shopping Cart (COMING SOON) - The quickest and easiest way to shop is right here on our website. Our online store is available 24/7, allowing you to browse our current inventory and place orders whenever it’s convenient for you.

2. Personal Service via Text - If you have specific technical questions or prefer to chat with someone who knows the track, shoot Greg a text at 605.351.7831. We are happy to take orders via chat and provide expert advice based on 30 years of racing experience to ensure you’re getting exactly what you need.

3. Email Inquiries - You can also reach us via email at buygriparts@gmail.com. Feel free to send over your part requirements, car specs, or any questions you have. We check our messages regularly and will get back to you with availability and pricing.

Securing Products

  • Daily Inventory: Because our new and used parts inventory changes daily, we recommend checking in often.

  • Showroom Pickup: For those in the Sioux Falls or Harrisburg area, you can bypass shipping by setting up an appointment to pick up your parts directly at our showroom.

  • Fast Shipping: We understand that race schedules don't wait. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible to get you back on the track.

At Gunderson Racing, Inc., we understand that when you need parts, you need them fast. We make every effort to get your order out the door and on its way to the track as quickly as possible.

Freight Claims

Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt to ensure there is no shipping damage. Any damage claims must be filed with the delivering carrier. Please advise us of any issues as well so we can assist you in the process.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Gunderson Racing, Inc., we want to ensure you have the right equipment for your racing needs. If you need to make a return or exchange, please note the following professional policy:

  • 30-Day Limit: Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days from the original date of purchase.

  • Original Purchase Condition: To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in original purchase condition.

  • Customer Responsibility: Merchandise must be properly packaged for return shipment. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Specialized Market: Due to the nature of the racing industry, items may be returned for store credit or exchange only.

  • No Cash/Card Refunds: No credit will be issued to any credit card accounts or original payment methods.

  • Final Sale: There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on special order or clearance items.

Payment Methods

At Gunderson Racing, Inc., we prioritize your security and keep all payment information strictly confidential. For in-person pickups at our Harrisburg showroom, we accept cash, PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover).

Online and text orders can be processed via those same major credit cards or PayPal for a secure checkout. We also accept money orders, certified checks, and personal checks, with orders shipping as soon as your payment clears the bank.

Sales Tax Information

  • South Dakota Residents: We are required by law to collect sales tax on any merchandise shipped, delivered, or picked up within the State of South Dakota.

  • Out-of-State Orders: Any merchandise sent via parcel services, USPS, or freight to an address outside the State of South Dakota is not charged sales tax.
